Do I need to book?

Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment! With limited sessions available each day, spaces fill up quickly. All bookings can be made online.

What time should I arrive?

Check in is 15-mins prior to your booking time. We recommend all players have their electronic waiver forms completed prior to arrival, and that you park at the Purple Carpark to help us keep your session on time. While we do our best to keep everyone on time, late arrivals will be moved to the next available session.

How long does it take?

It takes approx. 45 – 60 mins to complete 1 course. This is based on the difficulty of the courses, busyness of the park and skill level of the climbers. Please allow 2-4 hours for your visit.

Is there a weight limit?

We have a weight limit of 120 kg per person.

Do I need a waiver form?

Yes, all circuit players are required to have an electronic waiver form filled prior to participating. There is no waiver form required for those accessing the Viewing Deck. Pre-bookings will be emailed a link to a waiver form that we recommend forwarding to your crew and filling out prior to arrival. Players aged 17 Years and Under will require a parent to sign their waiver.

Can I watch without paying?

Most definitely! Spectators are free of charge and are welcome to join the adventure by walking along the esplanade and walkways beneath the circuits. Tickets are only required for those climbing the circuits/courses.

What should we wear?
Circuit climbers are required to wear enclosed shoes, such as sneakers. We recommend weather appropriate clothing, suitable for both the harness and physical activity. We do not recommend crop-tops and shorts that can ride up when worn with the harness.

We do provide gloves, but you are welcome to bring your own! For the Viewing Deck, we recommend appropriate sun protective clothing, such as a hat or a long sleeve top.

What if it rains?

We are an all-weather activity, with rain just being an added challenge to your experience! We recommend bringing wet weather gear. We will only close due to thunderstorms or strong winds. If the park is required to close, we will contact you prior to your arrival.

Is catering available?

Not just yet, but with the convenience of being located within the Sunshine Plaza, there are a wide range of restaurants and dining options available. Picnic tables are located on our Viewing Deck, so book a ticket and refuel your crew while enjoying the view, 22m above Maroochydore.

Can we bring a camera?

Yes! We allow cameras with lanyards that can be securely fastened to you. Phone cases are available for purchase at check-in!

What if I need to cancel?

We know that a lot of things can happen and we will do our best to accommodate you! Fully paid upfront bookings can be rescheduled or fully refunded up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date. Additional Guests are subject to availability. If booking cancellation occurs 2-6 days prior to your session date, you may reschedule your booking to a later date with a fee equivalent to 20% of the total value of your original booking. No refund applies for cancelled bookings. Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the session date will result in a 100% fee, with all tickets, including those of no-show Guests, being forfeited.

Do you have lockers?

For Circuit ticket holders, all loose items must be removed from pockets. All Jewellery must also be removed. Lockers are available to Circuit ticket holders to secure small personal items. We recommend locking bulkier items back in your car!

How do I use a voucher?

Gift vouchers can be purchased via the Next Level website and can be redeemed via our website as well. You will be prompted to enter your unique code during payment.

Do you accept companion cards?

We do our best to help everyone climb at Next Level. To participate you need to have an average to moderate level of fitness, and the ability to climb independently (under your own ability).

For this reason, Companion Cards are not accepted at Next Level.

The high ropes courses and ziplines can be physically demanding. Our Safety rules require only one person per activity. Due to the nature of the activity or the length of the zipline, there may be occurrences where the companion or carer may be anywhere from 50m – 100m away from the person in their care and would not be able to physically assist them.

For high ropes courses, companions and carers are able to supervise and verbally assist from the ground, free of charge.

For participants who do require assistance on the course, our instructors are well equipped to assist, or a hired instructor can be arranged for a more personalised service (at an additional fee).

If you have any questions, concerns, or anything you need to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us on 1300 432 001 to avoid disappointment on the day.

What about COVID?

If our park is forced to close due to government restrictions, your booking will be placed automatically on hold. We will offer free rescheduling or a voucher for all our bookings during the specified lockdown period. Outside of the specified lockdown period, our regular cancellation policy will remain in place.
